  • Fresh Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme, marjoram, …)
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Then heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry onions and meat. Be careful not to over-heat the oil or use special frying oil. Then cook the vegetables crisp and serve the vegetable pan with a large portion of fresh herbs sprinkled.

Rosemary chicken breast from the grill

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, salt

Remove all rosemary needles from a sprig and add olive oil and salt to a mortar . If you do not have one, look for another way to crush the rosemary needles in olive oil. It is about putting the olive oil with as much essential rosemary oil as possible.

Cut the chicken breast in the middle so you can open it like a book. Brush one unfolded side very thinly with the olive oil and rosemary marinade and place the second sprig of rosemary on it, before you fold the halves together and close them with toothpicks.
